1. To perform required affairs aligned with objectives of the company ;such as importing, purchasing ,procurement and equipment ,maintenance, storage(warehouse, silo…) preparation, packing, distribution ,selling and exporting of basic ,strategic and essential stuffs by common financial mechanism.
2. To buy, create, construct, manage, rent and maintaining of equipment and facilities related to basic and essential stuffs of storage such as warehouse, silo, cold store which are belonged to the company.
3. To provide trading, educational, researching and laboratory related services according to the company objectives.
4. To arrange governmental sector participation in activities related to objectives of company.
5. To perform what governmental trading company refer it to us as an agency with regard to its statute accomplishment.
6. To take loan and credit and financial facilities from inside and outside sources and other measures to provide financial sources with legal authorization permit.
7. Implementing policies of Iranian trading holder company controlling regional qualification and quantification of production and distribution.
8. To carry out any activities and dealings related to the objectives of the company.
Note: company is not allowed to Constitute another company or invest in other companies.
